Location, location, location..... It's in the middle of Gaya Street, the center of attraction in Kota Kinabalu, within walking distance to most attractions, and lots of food seller. The room, although small, is very clean and neat.

There are some rooms where there is no view from the window (on my 2nd stay I got the emergency stair as the view). But for me, it was not a big deal since I didn't expect much in the beginning.

The location of this comfortable hotel is excellent. Surrounded by eateries and close to the supermarket, shopping centre and jetty it is the perfect base to explore kk. Staff are very friendly and helpful too.

Location is great on the street of the Sunday market. Room was clean.

Room card system did not work, so the desk staff had to accompany us to open the room doors, everytime we needed to open them. Our confirmed booking was for one twin and one double. All twin had been given away and we had no choice but to take two doubles.

The hotel was quaint and good value all in all, having free Internet was a bonus too. My shower's hose disconnected from the shower head when I first used it and when I reported it they fixed it that day which was good

Whilst the front staff were friendly I had to ask 3 times for a hairdryer before receiving it. The Internet in the front foyer is actually free despite the room information not giving details to this fact. I arranged a wake up call with the young man who was on the front desk for the entire 4 nights I stayed there, but I did not receive it so went and bought an alarm clock after that because I didn't trust him to wake me up the day I was going to the airport.

Excellent location, the Sunday market is right outside the door. Clean and modern with good power shower.

Lack of storage space: no cupboard/wardrobe, just a hook and a couple of hangers.
